Placement linked vocational training program, named SMART (Skills-for-Market Training), is undergoing in collaboration with TECH Mahindra Foundation (TMF)as a part of Employability Program under CSR Project. LMSS-TMF-SMART Centres are located both at South and North Kolkata that provide start up job opportunities to the marginalized youths in various upcoming service sectors, e.g. hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, retail, ITES and so on. SMART Aspirants have been successfully placed in the front ranking organisations like Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, Westside TRENT Limited, Eureka Forbes Limited, Hotel Hindusthan International, INOX Leisure Limited, CINEMAX, AEGIS, MORE, Citi Mart, BSG CAll Center, IKF Technologies Limited etc.

Cancer is perceived as one of the most incurable diseases. But if it is detected at an early stage, diagnosed and proper treatment takes place at a well equipped centre in appropriate time, then it is indeed curable.

The truly dedicated team of our organization are striving hard constantly to bring smile on the faces of the very poor and helpless Cancer patients and their caring family members at Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (Operated by Government of India) near Hazra Crossing, Kolkat and Saroj Gupta Cancer Hospital at Thakurpukur, Kolkata by providing necessary assistance.

Our focus is particularly directed towardslittle children suffering from Leukemia (Blood Cancer) at the Paediatric ward and also various Colon Cancer Patients off all ages at the cited hospitals.

We are also associated with NCC Group Head Quarter of New Alipore, Kalyani and Kharagpur, where we conduct Cancer awareness programmes to both girls and boys Cadets in various camps.
