To encourage, facilitate and impart training in vital skills to young women and men with limited educational and economic resources to enhance their professional and technical competency and augment their career options and opportunities in the field of employment, self employment and entrepreneurship.

The three important key phrases that stand apart in the above statement are:

We feel that somehow over the years this focus got shifted a bit. This is a natural phenomenon and at some point of time all organization goes through such phases. The same happened with SEOMP. In fact, this has given us an opportunity to look back and make some critical assessment for the betterment of our beloved SEOMP. We are in a transition phase and equipping ourselves to catapult us into the next orbit of success, glory and achievement. In the next few months you all will be witness to certain corrective measures being adopted by us for the proper and effective implementation of the vision and mission statement
